Training Solutions

Our training solutions pages are where we talk about the mechanics of training and impart to you some of the knowledge that has helped us solve problems. That’s why we titled this section, Training Solutions. We really try to take a lot of the mystical hand-waving out of the training process, so we’ve broken this part of website down into categories that make sense and make things easier to follow.

Your Audience

Who do you want to teach? Generally, that question can be answered in five ways:

The Course

What do you want to teach them? This can determine delivery method, so it is broken down into the following sub-categories:

Class Types

Because not every student in the business world has time to sit in a traditional classroom, we’ve defined the different methods of imparting knowledge into the following categories:

The Process

The process of creating a class curriculum is defined as the training design and is detailed in this section. This is the process that our training specialists use on every project, either in part or in whole. Since this is a systematic process, the steps are outlined below:

Outsourcing

In this section we explore the possibilities for why a company might decide to outsource their training projects. We examine the three most common reasons a company might need to outsource—change management, staff augmentation, and total outsourcing.

Train the Trainer

We take great pride in our ability to pass on the ability to teach others, so this section details our “Train-the-Trainer” course. We offer this course to groups of eight or more learners, and we can host the course at your location or at our Horseshoe Bay, Texas headquarters. We've posted an outline of the subjects presented in the course. If you’re looking to train a group of employees we'd love to help you.

Our Library

This section is what we’ve begun calling our library. It is called that because it’s where we’ve collected the best reading materials on the subject of training. In this collection we have four categories of reading for you.

Case Studies

The case studies section describes how we've helped people through our consulting and training services. Each case study will give you an idea of how we do business and teach others. In order to make them easy to navigate, we’ve provided you with five different ways to organize your reading.

We’ve also presented all of them here in alphabetical order to appease our librarian, since there isn’t a standard card catalog.

We also look at how the ADDIE theory intersects with reality in the workplace. So, for each section, we explore relevant real-world issues.
